RentOk has partnered with Eqaro to bring you "Zero Deposit" feature. This can be enabled in your account by contacting your portfolio manager
Once eqaro is enabled for your account, you can now see a new option when you add tenant.
Fill all the basic details of the tenant.
There is a checkbox below "Security Deposit" to enable zero deposit for a specific tenant as attached in the image below. Check that box if you want to enable zero deposit and enter the amount in "Security Deposit" section.
Now in the opening balance section, you should see a section like the one below. Go ahead and add the tenant.
After adding the tenant, the tenant would automatically receive a checkin link. You can also send the manually from the manager app.
Woohoo! You have now added a tenant with zero deposit.
Tenants can now avail zero deposit from their checkin link after completing their KYC.
Post completing their KYC, tenants can check their eligibility and avail zero deposit from the checkin link.
Note: Purchasing KYC credits are compulsory for you to enable zero deposit in your account.
