  1. How do I add multiple tenants in bulk?

  • Step 3:Click on the CTA "Add Bulk Tenant".

  • Step 4:Download the upload file format.

  • Step 5: Add all your tenant data to that file & upload it.

  • Step 6: All tenants will be added within 2-3 hours.

  1. How do I send bulk E-KYC request?

  • Step 1: Tap the people icon located in the bottom navigation menu, click on tenant option.

  • Step 2:Click on the CTA "More".

  • Step 3:Click on the CTA "Send bulk E-KYC request".

  1. How do I delete a tenant?

  • Step 1: Tap the people icon located in the bottom navigation menu, click on tenant option.

  • Step 2:Scroll to or search for the concerned tenant & swipe left on the card.

  • Step 3:Click on "Delete Tenant" button.

  • Step 4: A confirmation popup will come

    • Click on no to cancel it.

    • Click on yes to delete the tenant

  1. How do I shift a tenant from one room to another?

  • Step 1: Tap the people icon located in the bottom navigation menu, click on tenant option.

  • Step 2:Find the tenant you want to switch room. Swipe left tenant card, tenant current room details will open.

  • Step 3: Select a new room for this tenant from the list and then click on the "move tenant" button.

  • Step 4: The tenant has successfully moved to the new room.

Tip: Keep in mind that all the documents, all the passbook details, accounting details, all these things will be shifted to the new room.

  1. How do I change the property a tenant is living in?

  • Step 1: Tap the people icon located in the bottom navigation menu, click on tenant option.

  • Step 2:Scroll to or search for the concerned tenant & swipe left on the card.

  • Step 3:Click on the "Change property" button.

  • Step 4: A pop up will appear, choose the property.

  • Step 5:Select room, click on move button.

  1. How do I evict a tenant?

  • Step 1: Tap the people icon located in the bottom navigation menu, click on tenant option.

  • Step 2:Scroll to or search for the concerned tenant & swipe left on the card.

  • Step 3:Click on the "Give notice " button.

  • Step 4:Now the eviction screen will open. Choose the date of eviction for this tenant

  • Step 5:Enter the reason for leaving & then click on the lock eviction date button.

  • Step 6:When you click on the lock eviction date, you will see a summary of all the dues and the available security deposit. You can adjust all the unpaid dues from the security deposit or record them as paid.

  • Step 7:You will find two CTAs; Adjust All Dues and view the passbook click on the View passbook button. You will find all the unpaid dues listed here . You can adjust all the unpaid dues or receive all the unpaid dues right from security deposit.

  • Step 8:Then you will find two buttons cancel eviction and confirm.

  • Step 9:Click on Cancel eviction to cancel the eviction and click on Confirm eviction to complete the eviction. Now this tenant will be evicted on the date selected by you automatically.

Tip: Keep in mind that this tenant will go into the old section and all their data will be retained.

  1. How do I cancel a tenant's eviction?

  • Step 1: Tap the people icon located in the bottom navigation menu, click on tenant option.

  • Step 2:Scroll to or search for the concerned tenant & swipe left on the card.

  • Step 3:Click on the "Give notice " button.

  • Step 4:Now the eviction screen will open.

  • Step 5:Then you will find two buttons cancel eviction and confirm.

  • Step 6:Click on Cancel eviction.

  • Step 7: A pop will appear, click on yes cancel.

  1. How do I edit my tenant’s profile?

  • Step 1: Tap the people icon located in the bottom navigation menu, click on tenant option.

  • Step 2:Scroll to or find the concerned tenant & click on the card.

  • Step 3: Tenant's Profile will open.

  • Step 4:Click on the "edit" button to enable the edit mode.

  • Step 5: You'll be able to edit the following things:

  1. How do I change/edit a tenant's phone number & email address?

  • Step 1: Tap the people icon located in the bottom navigation menu, click on tenant option.

  • Step 2: Scroll to or find the concerned tenant & click on the card.

  • Step 3: Tenant's Profile will open.

  • Step 4:Click on the "edit" button to enable the edit mode.

  • Step 5: Find the fields phone no & email under tenant's personal details section.

  • Step 6: Enter the new phone number & email.

  • Step 7:Click on the "Save" button to update these details

  1. How do I connect with a tenant?

  • Step 1: Tap the people icon located in the bottom navigation menu, click on tenant option.

  • Step 2:Scroll to or find the concerned tenant & click on the card.

  • Step 3: A page will open with profile details. In Tenant's Ekyc" section click on the "Remind Tenant" button.

  • Step 4: A reminder will be sent to the tenant via whatsapp to join your property.

  • Step 5: Tenants will check their whatsapp for the invitation link & click on it.

  • Step 6:Tenants will review all details & then complete the digital joining process.

Tip: A green tick to the right of your tenant’s name means that you’re connected, while no tick means you are not, or that the invitation is pending.

  1. How do I add a booking?

  • Step 1:Click on the people icon located in the bottom navigation menu, click on booking option.

  • Step 2:Click on the add booking button. And fill out all the required renting details same as you would do for any tenant.

  • Step3:Now, keep in mind that a booking is a future tenant, which means that the date of joining of a booking will always be on a future date and their rent dues will be added to their DOJ.

  • Step 4:Finally, review all your added renting details & click on the "Add booking" button to add this booking.

  1. How can I update the tenant's Date of Joining (DOJ)?

  • Step 1:Click on the people icon located in the bottom navigation menu, click on booking option.

  • Step 2:Scroll to or find the concerned tenant.

  • Step 3:Click on change DOJ option.

  • Step 4: Tenant profile details will open, go to renting details section .

  • Step 5: Click on the date of joining, update DOJ then click OK.

  1. How do I add back a tenant?

  • Step 2:Scroll to or find the concerned tenant.

  • Step 3: On the tenant card , click on add as tenant option.

  • Step 4: Add tenant screen will open.

  • Step 5: You can review & edit all the details.

  • Step 6:There will be an *Add back loss" checkbox;

    • Keep it unchecked to not add back any loss.

    • check it to add back loss as unpaid dues.

  • Step 7:Click on the *Add Tenant" button to add the tenant.

  1. How can I add a new team member?

  • Step 1:Click on the people icon located in the bottom navigation menu, click on the team option.

  • Step 2:Click on add team option.

  • Step 3: Select the name, number and designation.

  • Step 4: select"yes ", click on continue.

TIP: If you want to add in all properties , select" YES "or you want to add in single property select "NO".

  1. How can I edit team member personal details?

  • Step 1:Click on the people icon located in the bottom navigation menu, click on the team option.

  • Step 2: search for the team member's name.

  • Step 3:Click on the team member card.

  • Step 4: Team member profile will open.

  • Step 5:Click on the "edit" button to enable the edit mode.
