1. iOS Manager App

  • Bulk Tenant Addition & E-KYC Requests
    Allows bulk addition of tenants and sending multiple E-KYC requests simultaneously, saving time.​

  • Flexipe Integration:
    Payments now integrated with Flexipe, streamlining tenant transactions.

  • Team Member KYC Verification:
    KYC details for team members are now accessible, improving accountability and compliance.

  • Food Preference Management:
    New option to manage tenant food preferences.

  • Rent Agreement Feature:
    Rent agreements can now be created and managed digitally.

  • Activity Logs:
    A complete activity log is available to track changes and actions across the system for greater transparency.

  • Bank Revamp:
    Significant improvements to the bank module for easier transaction management.

    Link Payment to Tenants: New feature that allows linking of specific payments to tenant profiles.

  • Refer a Friend:

Tenant Management Features:

  • Tenant Screen Redesign:
    The Add Tenant screen has been completely revamped for a better user experience.


  • Custom Rent Addition Frequencies:
    Ability to change rent addition frequency (Manually, Daily, Monthly) for specific tenants.

  • Turn Off Automatic Rent Addition:
    Option to disable automatic rent addition for certain tenants.

  • Custom Rent Addition Dates:
    Custom dates can now be set for rent addition for specific tenants.

  • Multiple Room/Bed Assignments:
    Assign multiple rooms, units, or beds to specific tenants.

  • Assign Multiple Beds in One Unit:
    Tenants can be assigned multiple beds within a single room or unit.

  • Design Revamp for Room/Bed Selection:
    Improved design for selecting rooms and beds during tenant assignment.

  • Custom Agreement Period:
    Set unique agreement periods for individual tenants.

  • Cash & Cashless Deposits:
    Support for both cash and cashless deposits for each tenant.

  • Multiple Package Assignment:
    Multiple packages can be assigned to a tenant, enabling customized rent plans.

  • Additional Tenant Info from "Other Details":
    Capture remaining tenant details from the "Other Details" section to ensure complete information.

  • Housekeeping Tickets:
    Automatically raise housekeeping tickets upon tenant eviction, ensuring smooth room turnover.

Reports:

  • Tenant Ledger Report Enhancements:
    New fields added, including Move-in Date, Rent Addition Date, Total Security Deposit, Current Deposit, Current Advance, and Carried Forward Unpaid Dues, providing better financial tracking.

  • Floor & Room Sorting:
    Default sorting by floor and room is now live for better organization.

Complaint Section:

  • Improved Widgets:
    More status options available within complaint widgets.

  • Audit Trails for Complaints:
    Complete audit trail for every complaint to track actions and responses.

  • Auto Assignment for Complaints:
    Complaints raised through the tenant app are now auto-assigned to relevant team members.

  • Multiple Images for Complaints:
    Tenants can now upload multiple images to support their complaints.


3. Android/iOS Tenant App

    Improved complaint flow and redirection in the WL apps for smoother operations.


4. Manager Web App

Filters in All Sections:
New filtering capabilities across Tenant, Room, Complaint, Leads, Old Tenants, and Bookings sections for better management.

Optimized & Redesigned Tables:
Tables for Tenant, Room, Dues, Collection, Complaints, Expenses, and Leads have been redesigned and optimized for better usability.

Miscellaneous Updates:

  • Home Dashboard Revamp:
    Updated design for better navigation and data display.

  • UI Improvements:
    Font, color, typography, and spacing adjustments to improve the visual appeal of the interface.

  • Top Navigation Bar:
    Revamped top nav bar with updated header, filter, search, and “Add New” options for more intuitive use.

  • Data State Management:
    Enhanced state management for filter, search, scroll, and view functions.

Complaint Detail Screen:

  • Ticket Assignment:
    Easily assign tickets and view all ticket details.
