WebApp Updates

  • Attach Invoice Images:
    Property managers can now upload relevant images along with the dues and collections (invoices) for better tracking and visibility.

  • Customizable Tenant Check-In Fields

    • Property managers can now configure the tenant check-in process to specify which details they want to collect before a tenant's check-in is completed.

    • Key capabilities:

      • Field Selection: Choose the specific values or details required from tenants during the check-in process.

      • Optional or Mandatory Fields: Mark fields as optional or mandatory based on your business needs.

    This feature ensures that property management has all the necessary data for each tenant while maintaining flexibility in the check-in process. By tailoring the requirements, you can streamline operations and ensure no critical information is missed.

  • Simpler Tenant Addition Flow:
    We’ve introduced two significant enhancements to improve rent management flexibility and accuracy:

    1. Tenant Days Configuration:

      • Previously, the number of days in a month was fixed at 30 days for all calculations.

      • Now, you can configure how days are counted:

        • Fixed 30 Days per Month: Maintains the existing approach.

        • Actual Days per Month: Dynamically calculates based on the number of days in each calendar month.

    2. Rent Addition Configuration:

      • Earlier, rent was only added for the tenant's current cycle.

      • With the new setting, you can choose between:

        • Current Cycle Only: Rent is calculated solely for the current billing cycle.

        • Minimum 30 Days: If the current cycle is less than 30 days, rent will be calculated for the current cycle and a full rent for the next cycle.

    These updates provide enhanced control and precision in handling rent calculations, ensuring a more customizable experience for users.




iOS App Updates

  • Enhanced Dues, Collections & Expenses Sections:
    Widgets and buttons have been added for better navigation and usability.




  • Add Complaint Option:
    Now, you can directly raise complaints in the iOS app. Managing issues has never been easier!




Android App Updates

  • Collection Remarks:
    Staff can add remarks as per the conversation with the tenants regarding dues payment. It will give better clarity and tracking against unpaid amounts.





  • New Complaint Option:
    The "Add Complaint" feature is now available in the Android app too. Address issues seamlessly.



Bank Account Flow Update

  • Upload Cheque Image for Bank Details:
    Now you can upload a cheque image while adding or updating bank account details. This makes the process faster and reduces errors.


  • Verify Beneficiary Details:
    When adding or updating a bank/UPI account, you can now verify the beneficiary details instantly. This ensures secure and error-free transactions.
