Edit Eviction Rules:

You can set up your eviction rules conditions so if tenant meet the criteria then only their notice will be raised.

1. No Unpaid Dues

Tenant must clear all pending payments (like rent, maintenance, or any other dues) before their eviction request can be accepted. Avoids last-minute confusion and ensures all dues are settled.

2. Auto Eviction

If the tenant meets all the eviction rules that are turned ON, the system will automatically approve the eviction request.

Saves you time. No need to manually check or approve requests that follow the rules.

3. Add Prorate Rent till Eviction Date

Only partial rent (till the eviction date) will be charged. The system won’t charge rent for the full month if the tenant is leaving early. Fair rent calculation. Tenants don’t overpay and landlords don’t lose track.

4. Key Handover via OTP

Tenant or manager must do a key handover using OTP to complete the eviction process. If this step is missed, eviction won't be approved.

Adds a secure, verifiable step for handing over keys.

5. Notice Period Served in Full

Tenant must complete the entire notice period mentioned in the agreement to get their eviction approved.

6. Lock-in Period Served in Full

Tenant must complete the lock-in period (if mentioned in the agreement) before they can request eviction. Ensures tenants don’t break the agreement early.

Eviction Charges:
