We’re excited to roll out Food Attendance - an easy and efficient way to manage, book, and track meals for tenants while giving property owners complete control over menu planning.

  • One-Tap Meal Booking: Tenants can now pre-book their breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks directly from the tenant app.

  • Smart Reminders: A friendly pop-up appears up to 1 hour before mealtime, allowing tenants to quickly choose their preferred meal.

  • Digital Meal Pass: Once booked, tenants receive a unique QR scanner code to be redeemed at the food counter.

  • Real-Time Redemption: The moment they scan at the counter, their meal is marked as redeemed, no manual checks needed.

1. Manual Attendance Mode

  • You can now choose Manual Attendance for food tracking.

    This Helps in controlling who receives food, reducing wastage.

2. Food Without Confirmation

  • Set to NO, so residents will not get meals even if they did not mark the attendance.

  • Great for ensuring no one misses a meal unintentionally.

3. Meal Toggle Options

  • Enable or disable meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner) individually.

  • Gives you full control over which meals are served.

⏰ Improved Timing Settings

1. Attendance Cut-off Time
Residents must mark attendance as per the cutt off time you setup

For Example -

  • Breakfast: 7:00 AM

  • Lunch: 12:30 PM

  • Snacks: 5:00 PM

  • Dinner: 7:00 PM

This helps you plan meals in advance and avoid unnecessary cooking.

2. Meal Serving Time
Clearly defined time slots for serving:

  • Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

  • Lunch: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM

  • Snacks: 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM

  • Dinner: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Record Every Transaction: Staff can log all funds received from the owner and tenants (e.g., β‚Ή5000 for maintenance, UPI Rent collected) as well as cash collected from tenants.

🏠 New Eviction - Fully Customizable & Rule-Based

We’ve completely upgraded the Eviction process to give property owners more control, clarity, and automation while ensuring tenants follow the right steps before moving out.

Customizable Eviction Rules

  • Set Eviction Dates: Define when tenants can raise an eviction notice and customize their final vacating date.

  • Rule-Based Approvals: Create specific eviction conditions; only when these are met can a tenant’s notice be raised.
    ​

Available Rule Options

  1. No Unpaid Dues: All pending rent, maintenance, and other dues must be cleared before eviction is approved.

  2. Notice Period Served: Tenants must complete the notice period as per their agreement.
    ​
    ​

  3. Lock-in Period Served: Tenants must complete their lock-in term before requesting eviction.

  4. Auto Eviction: If all enabled rules are met, the system auto-approves without manual checks.

  5. Prorated Rent: Charge rent only until the eviction date, ensuring fair billing for early departures.

  6. Key Handover via OTP: A secure OTP-based key handover step is mandatory for eviction completion.

  • Eviction Charges: Add move-out charges or damage penalties to be paid at the time of raising notice.
