Parent Login App (Android & iOS)​
Parent App is available for student housing users to access information about their child’s stay. Below are the mentioned points that you can do from the Parent App:

Access Child’s Information:

Attendance: Know if their child is present or absent.

Food History: Check meal details and timings.

Entry-Exit Records: Track when their child enters or leaves.

Make Payments: Parents can pay directly through the Parent App for their child’s accommodation and other expenses.

Raise & Track Complaints: Parents can report any concerns through the Parent App and monitor the status of their complaints.
Tenant Management Update​
We’ve made tenant management more flexible based on your feedback! You can now add a tenant's contact number to multiple properties without deleting their existing information.
Report Section​
A cash-flow report is available in the report section to view Net profit & Gross Profit.
New Features for Tenants App​

Choose Active Properties at Login: Tenants can see all their active properties list when they log in and choose the one they want to access.

Access Evicted Property Details: Tenants can check details of properties they’ve moved out from, download receipts for past payments, and make payments against pending invoices.
WebApp Update​

Team Member Background Verification: You can now use the Instaveritas service for background verification of your team members more quickly and securely.

Team Member Profile: Manage and view profiles of team members directly on the Web.

Electricity Meter Section: Track and manage electricity meter details on the WebApp.

Assign More Units to Tenants: Assign additional units to the same tenant.

Payment Page Expiry: Payment pages come with an expiry for better control and security for transactions.
New Features in iOS App​
- Add & Edit Property Details for Website: You can now add or update photos, amenities, property rules, and contact details directly in the app.
- Manage Room/Unit Categories: Easily add or edit room/unit categories (e.g., 1BHK, 2BHK, etc.) for better property organization.
- Post & Share on Social Media: Share your property listings directly to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp stories, and Twitter from the app.
- Website Settings in the App: Update your website settings right from the iOS app.
New Features in Manager App: Flexible E-Nach Setup​
- Enable E-Nach: Set up at the Account, Property, or Tenant level based on your needs.
- Tenant-Specific Setup: Configure E-Nach for individual tenants directly from their Tenant Profile.
- Setup Charges: Choose who pays the E-Nach charges—Tenant or Owner.
- Payment Triggers: Trigger E-Nach manually from the app or set up automatic payment collection.
- Tenant Passbook Updates: E-Nach details (e.g., payment schedule, amounts) are now visible in the Tenant Passbook for better transparency.
- Disable or Stop E-Nach: If E-Nach is enabled, the system shows clear options to disable it in the Tenant Profile. E-Nach will stop automatically when eviction is approved.
Improvements​

Add Rent for First Month Only: While adding a tenant, you can now choose to generate rent invoices for the first month only by enabling this setting in property settings.
