🚀 WebApp Updates – New Features Live!​

  1. Payment Details Now, you can see payment details like Timestamp, UTR and Bank A/c directly in the WebApp.

  2. FlexiPE Payment Details If you’re using FlexiPE, you can now view payment table details, including the timestamp and FlexiPE UTR number, on the WebApp for better transparency.

  3. Add Tenants via WebApp Adding tenants on the WebApp is now as simple as in the mobile app! All required tenant details are available, making the process seamless.

🚀 Android & iOS Updates – New Features Live!​

  1. Download Invoice with One Tap! Now, you can download invoices in iOS as well directly inside the DUES section.

  2. FlexiPE Mass in Settlement Rules You can check your current settlement cycle from the App & if you wish to change your settlement cycle you have that option to raise a request directly from the App.

  3. Auto-Approve Bookings You can set Auto Approve bookings option to be Enabled/Disabled in the Property Settings. When this is enabled bookings will be added automatically in the active tenant list basis move in date.

  4. Old Tenant Dues Reminder You can now easily remind old tenants about pending dues with the new Reminder Button in Dues & Payment Settings option.

  5. Disable e-KYC for Short-Term Tenants You can disable e-KYC for short stay tenants in just one click so your KYC credits won't get consumed against short term tenants.

  6. New Filters Across Money section We’ve added new filters in Money tab across Dues & Collection sections. Find financial details faster!

  7. Global Search Bar Now you can fetch the profile of active, old and team member as well from the global search bar at homepage.

  8. New widgets in Tenant Section New widgets added to the tenant section to fetch important details by clicking on widgets.

🚀 RentOk Receipt Update – More Clarity & Easy Payments!​

We’ve made important changes to receipts to give you better clarity and make payments easier for tenants.

  • Net Balance Now Visible Receipts will now show the net balance amount so you can quickly check the remaining dues.

  • Unpaid Dues with Click-to-Pay Option On the second page of the receipt, you can now see any unpaid dues with a Click-to-Pay button—making it easier for tenants to clear their dues instantly!

  • Payment History Added Receipt also includes a payment history for better tracking. These updates ensure more transparency and hassle-free payments.
